• You will prepare delivery notes and invoices
• You will process orders and manage scheduling for customers and suppliers – including SupplyOn, EDI, KP-One, VW-Groupsupply and web-based, customer-specific management systems
• You will support customers and suppliers in accordance with the guidelines
• You will process quotations and enquiries for the relevant customers and suppliers
• You will handle complaints
• Finally, you will carry out various administrative tasks

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have experience in handling customer complaints
• You can demonstrate sound IT skills
• Assertiveness, motivation and the ability to think and act in a goal-oriented manner
