• You will be responsible for administrative tasks - from the telephone switchboard to answering the mail and managing the general email account
• Reliably release service work orders in our ERP system orderbase for invoicing
• Telephone fault acceptance and structured forwarding and communication are part of your daily routine
• You will coordinate the scheduling of recurring inspections (TÜV) for existing systems, including scheduling the technicians and informing the customer service team
• you check the TÜV invoices for plausibility and ensure that test reports are passed on
• you professionally calculate and create repair quotations directly in the ERP system
• you deal with customer complaints in an empathetic and solution-oriented manner

• You have completed a commercial or technical apprenticeship
• Ideally, you have professional experience in internal sales
• Very good German skills enable you to communicate professionally with customers and colleagues
• You are characterised by your ability to work in a team, a strong communicative personality and a friendly approach to customers
