Your responsibilities

You’ll take charge of production planning and enter orders into the ERPsystemYou will regularly check stock levels and report requirements to the purchasing departmentCommunicating with the purchasing department regarding stock levels and reorders is also part of your responsibilitiesYou will maintain the item master data in the system and keep it up to dateYou will carefully record stock-taking data in the ERPsystem. You will take customer orders and process them further. You will draw up quotations and carry out the relevant costing. You will monitor deadlines and ensure that delivery deadlines are met. You will independently manage external communication with customers:independently. You plan and manage internal sales activities. You analyse key performance indicators and derive appropriate measures from them. You create and maintain documentation as part of your daily work

What we’re looking for

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), a wholesale and foreign trade management clerk (m/f/d) or an office management clerk (m/f/d)
• You have professional experience in production planning or sales
• You have a command of English at least at B2 level
• You are confident in using ERP systems
• You are characterised by an independent and structured approach to your work
• You are confident when dealing with customers
• Strong communication skills and a knack for negotiation round off your profile
• You have a good grasp of numbers and a meticulous approach to your work
