• You will draw up quotations and oversee the entire process from order processing to invoicing
• You will handle complaints professionally
• You will maintain customer data carefully in our CRM system
• Providing customer support in writing and over the phone is part of your day-to-day work
• You’ll work closely with the field staff as part of the back office

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You have a good working knowledge of MS Office
• Your knowledge of English enables you to communicate internationally
• You are an ambitious and communicative person who enjoys sales
• Working independently and a strong sense of responsibility are among your strengths
