• You will provide dedicated support and advice to our new and existing customers
• You will draw up quotations that are precise and clear
• You will enter orders into the ERP system (Sage Evolution)
• You will handle the processing and fulfilment of orders, plan and set delivery dates, and prepare delivery notes and invoices
• You then create the production orders
• You handle customer complaints reliably
• You manage the online shop and ensure it runs smoothly

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, e.g. as an Office Administration Assistant (m/f/d), or hold a comparable qualification
• Initial professional experience in customer service and order processing would be an advantage
• You are characterised by a high degree of customer focus and commitment
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
