• You will support the global sales manager (m/f/d) in day-to-day operations
• You will also be responsible for the independent scheduling and coordination of appointments as well as the preparation and follow-up of meetings and documents
• The closely coordinated cooperation with the marketing department, including for the preparation and evaluation of email campaigns is one of your tasks
• You are responsible for managing customer contacts in German and English
• You are responsible for preparing and organising national and international business trips
• Maintaining and evaluating customer data in the CRM system

• You have completed training as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable technical or medical technology qualification
• Ideally, you will have gained experience in accounting
• You are confident in working with CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
• good written and spoken German and English skills characterise you
• understanding of the customer journey and a customer-oriented way of working are part of your profile
• reliability, the ability to work in a team and a precise way of working round off your profile
