• You will independently commission our systems at customer sites and optimise them
• You will provide on-site technical training to customer staff
• You will also diagnose and rectify faults via remote diagnosis or directly on site
• You will draw up service reports and identify the spare parts required
• You will advise customers on possible modernisations or upgrades to their systems

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an electronics technician (m/f/d), mechatronics engineer (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you can read and work from electrical diagrams
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• You have English language skills (spoken and written) with room for improvement; knowledge of other foreign languages would be an advantage
• You are willing to undertake business travel worldwide up to twice a week
• A customer- and service-oriented approach, reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous and proactive approach to your work are your strengths
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
