• You will be responsible for the comprehensive planning and management of complex business analyses for modern planning and management systems as part of innovative digitalisation projects, whilst taking all specifications into account
• You will also be responsible for the precise preparation of well-founded requirements specifications, complex feasibility studies and targeted business and IT concepts for sustainable process optimisation
• Furthermore, you will oversee the ongoing development and design of innovative IT solutions to effectively support and ensure the long-term sustainability of all core strategic processes within the company
• The optimisation, structured maintenance and administrative management of complex databases are also part of your varied responsibilities in this dynamic working environment
• As part of your role, you will support the reliable troubleshooting, comprehensive administration and continuous quality assurance of the systems used by customers
• Furthermore, you will support the transparent presentation and documentation of all relevant IT processes to enhance overall efficiency in day-to-day business operations
• Finally, you will be responsible for manual software testing to ensure the highest quality standards and the smooth implementation of all newly developed system components during live operations

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Informatics (m/f/d), Computer Science (m/f/d) or Software Engineering (m/f/d) with a focus on technical and business aspects
• You also have at least two years’ solid professional experience in business analysis, IT project management and conceptual software architecture
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of Python, HTML, CSS, SASS, SQL, web design, document management systems such as E-Akte Bund, and manual software testing
• We require native-level (C2/C1) written and spoken German, as well as good written and spoken English, for this role
• Furthermore, you bring a high level of analytical ability and a strong sense of teamwork to successfully tackle daily challenges
• Finally, you are solution-oriented and always work in a structured, independent and precise manner on all assigned tasks and projects
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your specialist expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
