• You will be responsible for IT client support and will assist users and manage IT workstations throughout the factory environment
• You will systematically analyse hardware and software faults and resolve them as part of first- and second-level support
• You will support the warehouse, production, laboratory and administration departments with all IT-related matters
• You will actively support updates, rollouts and troubleshooting measures
• You will set up clients, peripheral devices and workstations, install software and ensure the equipment is ready for

users

• You will record enquiries and fault reports from

• For updates or fault rectification, you will also be on duty outside regular working hours and at weekends where necessary
• In doing so, you will also work in production areas and safety-critical areas of the chemical industry, using the necessary protective equipment

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), an IT systems electronics technician (m/f/d) or an IT systems business administrator (m/f/d)
• You have experience in IT support or client support (1st & 2nd level)
• You can confidently analyse and resolve hardware and software faults
• Professional experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is an advantage
• You have a fluent command of written and spoken German (minimum C1 level)
• You have a very good command of written and spoken English (minimum C1 level)
• You are communicative and service-oriented when dealing with

users
