• You will centrally coordinate the development of the IT infrastructure for the Levelbuild platform, whilst identifying the relevant infrastructure, security and operational requirements
• in collaboration with internal IT teams, Levelbuild and external infrastructure and cloud service providers, and bring together the necessary cloud, network, firewall, database, certificate, monitoring and backup services
• You will reliably coordinate identity and access management, you will reliably coordinate technical user accounts and access permissions and ensure clear structures
• you will plan and provision the development, test and production environments so that all stakeholders can work smoothly
• You will manage security, compliance and architecture audits, as well as vulnerability and patch management, and define responsibilities, service levels, and support, incident and escalation processes.
• You will develop and implement a sustainable Infrastructure-as-a-Service model for Levelbuild, draw up the infrastructure roadmap including operational documentation, and hand over the infrastructure to a regulated IT operation capable of long-term support

• You have completed further training as a technician or a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Information Technology, engineering or a comparable discipline, which forms your technical foundation
• Alternatively, you have completed a relevant vocational training programme with several years’ experience in IT infrastructure or cloud service management
• You already have relevant experience in coordinating complex IT infrastructures, cloud services and internal and external IT service providers
• IT service management, IT security and networks are just as much a part of your repertoire as identity and access management and modern operations and support models.
• You maintain a clear overview of complex technical interrelationships even under time pressure and coordinate multiple parties with confidence
• Very good English and good German language skills round off your profile
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be permanently resident in Germany
