• You will continuously develop management systems in the areas of quality management, information security and data protection and optimise existing standards while taking internal requirements into account
• In addition, you will be responsible for the independent coordination of internal and external audits and certifications, including thorough preparation and follow-up
• Furthermore, you will oversee the analysis of regulatory and normative requirements and derive specific measures that can be implemented, guidelines and processes
• You will also be responsible for the recording of business processes together with the specialist departments and the subsequent structured documentation and sustainable implementation
• As part of your work, you will ensure compliance with all quality and process standards and accompany necessary improvement measures through to successful implementation
• Finally, you will be responsible for providing technical advice to internal contacts on complex quality issues and ensure the continuous optimisation of all IT-supported processes

• You have successfully completed a degree in business informatics (m/f/d), business administration (m/f/d) or information security (m/f/d) or have a comparable professional qualification
• In addition, you have at least two years of sound practical experience in quality management, information security management or data protection in a professional environment
• You have a sound knowledge of common norms and standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 27001 or data protection requirements and enable you to apply them confidently
• You have a C1 level of written and spoken German and a strong organisational talent for working with internal and external contacts
• Furthermore, you have a high degree of analytical thinking skills and a strong solution orientation when dealing with complex technical issues
• Finally, you are extremely good at communicating, always work on your tasks in a structured manner and always maintain an overview of all current projects
• In addition to your technical expertise, you will also have a valid work permit and permanent residence in Germany to fulfil this responsible position
