• With a completed vocational training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification as well as sound knowledge in the IT environment, you are ideally suited for the position
• You have first experience in telephone and written customer support as well as sales commitment
• Knowledge in the administration and configuration of Linux and Windows servers as well as in the administration of complex networked IT systems characterise you
• In dealing with Parallels Plesk and in setting up and configuring MS Outlook Exchange, you are ideally able to and Windows servers as well as in the administration of complex networked IT systems
