• You will be responsible for the maintenance, support and further development of the company's ERP system, including user support, rights management, master data maintenance, error analyses and updates
• In your role, you will take care of the installation, configuration and maintenance of software and hardware such as PCs, servers, networks, printers and mobile devices
• You will ensure stable IT operations across the entire company infrastructure
• In the event of technical challenges, you will support employees in first and second level support
• You will manage user accounts through your work, access rights and email systems
• When it comes to data protection and IT security, you ensure that guidelines are implemented and adhered to
• Together with external service providers and system partners, you work on smooth processes

• With a completed apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d) or a comparable IT qualification, you have the right foundation
• you have good knowledge of Windows server and client environments as well as network technologies such as LAN, WLAN and VPN
• in the administration and maintenance of ERP systems such as proALPHA, abas, SAP or comparable solutions
• Thanks to your basic knowledge of databases, ideally SQL, you can quickly grasp interrelationships
