- You will be responsible for the support and administration of our IT infrastructure in 1st and 2nd level support
- The administration of Windows servers, Windows clients, Microsoft Exchange, Office 365 as well as Linux servers and server virtualisation is part of your area of responsibility
- Networks, access authorisations and directory services (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, GPOs) and maintain them continuously
- You will be actively involved in the design and implementation of IT security measures, firewall configurations and virus protection
- You will also support and further develop production-related systems
- Develop projects independently and take responsibility for their implementation
- You will also coordinate external service providers and work closely with our SAP/ECM support team
Requirements
- You have completed vocational training in the IT sector, a degree in IT or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server (2019, 2025, Linux), Windows 11, VMware server virtualisation including SAN environment, Veeam and Fortigate Firewall are part of your profile
- Ideally you have experience in PowerShell, Linux shell scripting, creating SQL queries, VOIP protocols and software distribution with Matrix42
- Your organisational skills and your talent for communication and teamwork will set you apart
- You can score points with a high degree of customer and service orientation
