• You will be the point of contact within the team for staff on all IT matters
• You will resolve IT issues in a service-oriented manner via the ticketing system or over the phone, helping to ensure a high level of user satisfaction
• You will carry out the installation, administration and maintenance of hardware and software independently
• As part of IT projects, you’ll actively support the IT Manager and contribute to the project team
• You’ll manage user accounts and access permissions reliably and ensure secure processes

• You have successfully completed a vocational qualification in the IT sector or have relevant practical experience without a formal qualification
• With a basic understanding of the administration of Microsoft server and client infrastructures, you’ll quickly get to grips with new systems
