• You will develop new IT concepts and support the further development of the global IT strategy
• In close collaboration with the global IT management team, you will plan and implement strategic initiatives and conceptual measures
• You will independently take charge of the design, delivery and documentation of workshops and similar formats, and coordinate the relevant stakeholders
• You will manage strategic transformation and optimisation projects from planning through to implementation and ensure decisions are followed up on a long-term basis
• You will prepare management documents and complex decision-making materials tailored to the target audience and visualise them for IT management

• You have a degree, for example in Business Administration, Business Informatics or a comparable field
• you have 3 to 5 years’ professional experience in IT strategy, in-house consultancy or strategy consultancy
• you have a strong understanding of processes across the IT value chain
• you have proven experience in leading cross-functional transformation programmes and in collaborating with stakeholders across various management levels
• you are fluent in German and English and have very good user skills in M365, with a focus on PowerPoint, Excel and Teams
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
