You will be responsible for the administration and further development of the Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Entra ID and Windows Server, including Group Policy, permissions and hybrid identity. You will be responsible for managing and securing the identity and SSO solutions based on Keycloak, as well as implementing modern authentication and authorisation concepts such as SSO, MFA and Conditional Access. You will be responsible for the administration, operation and optimisation of Microsoft SQL Server environments, as well as software distribution using OPSI. Your duties will include planning and implementing updates, patches, security hardening and lifecycle measures for servers and end-user devices. Furthermore, you will be responsible for analysing and permanently resolving issues within 2nd-level support, as well as supporting 3rd-level support and external partners. You will be open to collaborating on infrastructure, digitalisation and IT security projects, as well as for producing technical documentation and providing support with audits and compliance requirements

• You have completed an IT apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification, with several years’ experience in the administration of Microsoft infrastructures
• You have excellent knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, Windows Server and Entra ID, as well as experience with hybrid identity environments and Identity & Access Management
• To carry out this role, you will need a basic understanding of Linux
• Your experience with Keycloak, Microsoft SQL Server, software deployment (ideally OPSI) and IT security sets you apart; knowledge of PowerShell, automation and Microsoft 365 would be an advantage
• You possess strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as very good German and good English language skills (at least C1 level)
