You will be responsible for planning and implementing the migration of the Windows Server infrastructure from Windows Server 2019 to Windows Server 2025. This involves managing and further developing the Active Directory environment. You will also be responsible for maintaining and expanding the Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) infrastructure, including hybrid identity concepts. You will ensure a smooth and low-risk transition whilst systems are live through careful planning, testing and rollback strategies. You will also carry out fault analysis and resolve issues in the server and directory serviceenvironment. Furthermore, you will be responsible for documenting all measures carried out and for producing operating manuals. Last but not least, you will collaborate with internal departments and external service providers.

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship or a degree in IT, or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have solid professional experience in administering Windows Server, particularly versions 2019 and 2025
• Practical experience in server migration projects would be an advantage
• You also have practical experience working with Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID
• Knowledge of networking, Group Policy Objects (GPOs) and IT security would be desirable
• Good written and spoken German is an asset
• You also have a structured, independent and solution-oriented approach to your work
• You also possess strong teamwork skills and excellent communication skills
• You must be resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
