• You will be responsible for managing the RDP system, including ongoing communication and coordination with the relevant service provider
• To ensure smooth and stable operation, you will handle active patch management and the regular deployment of updates
• Customising and maintaining forms using macros is also part of your remit
• As part of day-to-day IT support, you’ll assist your colleagues with the maintenance and further development of the existing IT infrastructure
• When planning and implementing IT projects, you’ll contribute your expertise in the fields of AI and infrastructure and play an active role in the technical implementation of the projects

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), a degree in IT or a comparable qualification
• You have extensive knowledge of RDP and Windows infrastructure
• The topic "AI" fascinates you and you keep yourself up to date with the latest developments independently
• Ideally, you have some initial experience of using Copilot
• You work independently and reliably and can communicate fluently in German (at least C1 level) and can produce written documentation
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
