• You will be responsible for IT administration and second-level support, working in close collaboration with the first-level and infrastructure teams
• You will be responsible for the administration and operation of the existing Windows Server infrastructure and the software landscape, including Exchange and O365
• Security monitoring using Darktrace and Sophos will also form part of your remit
• You will support upcoming migrations as well as roll-out and carve-out projects
• You will be on hand to carry out installation and troubleshooting for databases and automations on the SQL servers

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist (m/f/d) or a similar degree course
• You have gained several years’ relevant professional experience in the field of IT support and administration
• In your previous roles, you have acquired in-depth specialist knowledge of the administration of Windows Server, MS Exchange and O365 hybrid environments
• You are confident in using Sophos Firewall and Central; when it comes to virtualisation, you are familiar with VMware and Veeam; and in terms of software packaging and clients, you are already familiar with Parallels and Baramundi
• Excellent written and spoken German and English at C1 level ensure smooth communication
• For this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
