• You plan, install and configure IT systems consisting of hardware and software and ensure smooth operation
• You take over the integration of networks as well as their administration and regular maintenance
• You analyse any malfunctions that occur in 1st and 2nd level support and reliablysupport and reliably rectify them
• You provide users with competent support and advice on IT issues
• You carefully carry out system tests and document the results in a comprehensible manner
• You create and maintain technical documentation in a structured manner, so that information is available at all times
• You consistently implement IT security guidelines and data protection requirements and ensure compliance with them
• You support projects for the introduction of new systems or technologies in a committed and responsible manner

• You have completed training as an IT specialist for system integration or have a comparable qualification
• In-depth knowledge of the installation, configuration and administration of Windows and Linux servers and client systems is part of your profile
• You are confident in dealing with network protocols, routing, switching and firewalls
• You are confident and experienced in using virtualisation technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
• You already have a basic knowledge of IT security, such as firewalls, virus protection or data protection
• Experience with cloud solutions such as Microsoft 365 or Azure is an advantage for you
• You use ticket systems and documentation tools in a confident and structured manner
