• You will install and configure complex in-house software solutions either on-site or remotely for various client groups
• You will also create tailored interfaces to ensure seamless data import and export, thereby optimising system integration with our partners
• You will also deliver professional training and enable the designated contacts to use all relevant system functions confidently
• As part of regular system maintenance, you will carry out the necessary software tests and install required updates independently and in a structured manner
• Furthermore, as part of support activities, you will analyse system faults that arise and promptly develop sustainable, customer-focused solutions
• Finally, you will draw up detailed requirements and specifications as a structured basis for the successful implementation of challenging client projects

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d), IT Specialist for Application Development (m/f/d) or IT Systems Electronics Technician (m/f/d)
• you also have solid initial professional experience in the support, installation and administration of complex software products and system landscapes
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of common Windows server and client operating systems, as well as network technologies and relational databases
• Your native-level command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid Class B driving licence, round off your profile
• Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills and a strong customer-focused approach when dealing directly with clients
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
