• In this role, you will carry out standard administrative tasks, handle correspondence and manage the IT team’s diaries
• As the central point of contact, you will provide support to internal departments, external service providers and suppliers
• You will assist with IT procurement and manage hardware and software licences
• You will be responsible for checking invoices
• You will assist with travel expense claims

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d), an Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You have professional experience as a team assistant or in an administrative role, ideally in an IT-related environment
• You are confident in using standard MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Any previous experience with ticketing or ERP systems would be an advantage
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as a valid work permit
• You have a good command of written and spoken English
• You are characterised by an organised and structured approach to work, strong communication skills and the ability to grasp new concepts quickly
