• You will be responsible for the further development of cost and performance accounting and will play an active role in budgeting and strategic corporate planning
• You will also be responsible for producing accurate reports and business analyses as part of our monthly and annual financial statements
• You will also oversee the structured analysis of business performance indicators and produce well-founded reports and informative decision-making documents for management
• Carrying out target/actual comparisons, variance analyses and profitability calculations are also part of your varied and responsible role
• As part of your role, you will actively support production and investment controlling with cost calculations and the evaluation of key business indicators
• Furthermore, you will support the roll-out of the new ERP system through structured data collection and careful, detailed data preparation
• Finally, you will be responsible for analysing existing controlling processes and will work closely with various specialist departments and interfaces

• You have successfully completed a degree in Business Administration, Economics or Finance, or a comparable subject,
• you have also gained some initial relevant professional experience in Controlling, or, as a motivated graduate, are joining us straight after completing your degree
• You stand out thanks to your solid knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office, and ideally some initial experience with Access
• You have a very good command of German, both spoken and written, at native speaker level, as well as a basic working knowledge of English
• Furthermore, you possess a high degree of analytical thinking, a quick grasp of new concepts and a keen interest in complex economic interrelationships
• Finally, you are an exceptionally strong communicator and stand out for your structured, independent, cooperative and team-oriented approach to work in Controlling
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
