• You will be responsible for internal IT support at 1st and 2nd level and will document the processing of support requests
• You will administer Windows servers as well as Active Directory, the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Exchange Online, including user, permissions and mailbox management
• You will create and manage virtual machines using Hyper-V
• Your responsibilities will include the provisioning of hardware, as well as the configuration and maintenance of Wi-Fi infrastructures using the UniFi Controller and other network components
• You will produce technical documentation and carry out cabling work, including the installation of patch panels and the termination of network and data cables

• You have completed a vocational qualification in the IT sector, for example as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)
• You also have knowledge of administering Windows servers, Active Directory, the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Exchange Online and Hyper-V
• You have experience in configuring access points, switches and routers, as well as working with the UniFi Controller
• Ideally, you also have a basic knowledge of Linux
• You have a business-fluent command of German
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and be a permanent resident in Germany
