• You will support the Controlling department as well as the international trade and sales teams at the site
• You will play an active role in organising and managing the site
• In day-to-day operations, you’ll contribute with a hands-on approach and pitch in wherever needed
• You’ll collaborate on cross-departmental projects and contribute your own ideas
• Following your induction, you will gradually take on the management and oversight of the site
• As you progress, you will be responsible for staff management and development
• You will increasingly take on tasks relating to the site’s financial management and controlling
• You will analyse and evaluate key performance indicators and processes relating to retail and sales
• You will maintain close contact with international business partners and colleagues

• You hold a completed MBA degree
• You have at least 2 to 3 years’ relevant professional experience in controlling as well as in international trade and sales
• You have sound IT skills and are proficient in MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German, as well as business-level English
• You have a strong hands-on approach and take the initiative
• Some management experience would be an advantage
• When dealing with international business partners, you demonstrate strong communication skills and team spirit
