We are looking for you to join our client in the printing industry in Meckenheim as a Junior IT Systems Administrator (m/f/d) via direct recruitment.

Responsibilities You will be responsible for internal IT support at 1st and 2nd level and will document the processing of support requests You will administer Windows servers, Active Directory, the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre and Exchange Online, including user, permissions and mailbox management You will create and manage virtual machines using Hyper-V Your responsibilities will include the provision of hardware, as well as the configuration and maintenance of Wi-Fi infrastructures using the UniFi Controller and other network components You will produce technical documentation and carry out cabling work, including the installation of patch panels and the termination of network and data cables

Profile

• You have completed vocational training in the IT sector, for example as an IT specialist for system integration (m/f/d)
• Basic knowledge of administering Windows servers, Active Directory, the Microsoft 365 Admin Centre, Exchange Online and Hyper-V is an advantage
• You have experience in configuring access points, switches and routers, as well as working with the UniFi Controller
• Ideally, you will have a basic knowledge of Linux
• Your command of German is at a business-proficient level (at least C1 level)
• To fulfil this role of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
