• You will manage the facility independently and control all structural, organisational and strategic processes
• In addition, you will build a strong team culture and maintain a close, cooperation with the provider and relevant authorities

• You have a recognised qualification as an educator (m/f/d) with management skills or a degree in social pedagogy
• In addition, you have several years of management experience as a daycare centre or deputy daycare centre manager (at least 3 years in facilities with 75 or more places)
• A strong willingness to take responsibility, resilience and a confident, calm personality - especially in challenging situations
• you have a sound knowledge of the Berlin Education Programme (BBP) and confidently implement pedagogical quality development processes
• you also use digital tools competently and enjoy continuously optimising processes
