• You will operate the dishwashers and trolley washing area properly in accordance with the operating instructions and clean all associated parts and transport trolleys - including careful documentation according to the cleaning and disinfection plans
• You will reliably carry out all cleaning work in the kitchen and dishwashing area, including disinfection and best-before date checks
• You take care of the disposal of residual waste from the washing-up area and take it to the designated storage area
• You carry out simple tasks in all kitchen areas (except production and diet area)
• You provide support when serving food
• You accept goods, check them, pack them from the outer packaging into the kitchen's own containers and store them in the right place according to the first-in-first-out principle
• you are responsible for providing the requested goods for daily production, catering and staff supply - including picking according to lists
• you ensure compliance with HACCP regulations, in particular temperature controls and their documentation, at all times

• Your professional experience in the kitchen will benefit you, but is not mandatory
