• You provide expert advice to customers in the kitchen showroom and identify their wishes and requirements
• You design bespoke kitchens tailored precisely to the customers’ specifications
• You will draw up professional kitchen plans and prepare suitable quotations.
• You will present and sell high-quality kitchen solutions in a convincing manner
• You will conduct sales and consultation meetings through to the successful conclusion of a contract
• You will take measurements on site and check the technical feasibility of the plans
• You coordinate the plans in close consultation with work planning, production, installation and after-sales service
• In addition, you carefully maintain customer and project data in the inventory management and CRM systems
• You actively look after existing customers and handle incoming customer enquiries reliably
• You coordinate the allocation of fitters for upcoming installations

• Ideally, you will have completed a vocational qualification as a retail sales assistant (m/f/d), sales assistant (m/f/d) or wholesale and foreign trade management assistant (m/f/d)
• You have already gained experience in sales and kitchen planning
• You are confident in using standard kitchen planning software
• You have a strong customer- and service-oriented approach
• You enjoy sales and have a confident and personable manner
• You possess technical understanding and good spatial awareness
• You are characterised by a structured and meticulous approach to your work
