• You will develop your own KNX stack with secure functionality and oversee its certification in order to further develop the solution for its intended use
• When specifying and implementing KNX applications, you will be responsible for development and will ensure the correct parameterisation and configuration of the KNX components in the ETS software
• You will carry out targeted further development of existing sensors, integrate them into the KNX environment, and handle the programming and commissioning of sensors with KNX interfaces
• As part of 3rd-level support, you will address technical enquiries regarding KNX products and carry out testing and commissioning of the developed solutions
• You will set up an automated test environment and document the programmed solutions and interfaces to ensure that the developed KNX functions remain traceable

• You have a degree in electronics or computer science, or hold a comparable qualification, such as that of an automation engineer (m/f/d)
• You have knowledge of KNX programming, a good working knowledge of ETS software and experience in programming KNX stacks
• Your technical profile includes very good knowledge of C and C++, as well as experience in programming embedded systems
• You have an analytical, solution-oriented, independent, structured and reliable approach to your work; you also enjoy technical development tasks and optimising existing systems
• you bring business-fluent English (at least C1 level) to the role, knowledge of German is an advantage
• to fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your technical expertise, you must hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
