You will support the laboratories with all tasks arising in day-to-day operations; this includes documenting sample receipt and preparing and printing raw data reports. You will also be responsible for preparing and correctly distributing samples and materials for analytical testing. You will responsibility for simple laboratory equipment, including its daily inspection and documentation. Furthermore, you will support the laboratory technicians with laboratory management and documentation tasks such as the preparation of culture media, shelf-life testing and the disposal of laboratory waste. Last but not least, you will carry out selected simple tests independently, following consultation with the laboratory technicians, and document these in accordance with GMP guidelines

• You have completed vocational training in a scientific or technical field, such as a chemical laboratory technician (m/f/d), a biological-technical assistant (m/f/d), a chemical-technical assistant (m/f/d), pharmaceutical technician (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• you have also gained practical professional experience in laboratory work
• You are confident using MS Office and have a basic knowledge of English
• Very good written and spoken German would also be an advantage
• Furthermore, you are willing to work regular day shifts
• You are characterised by a high degree of independence, punctuality, a strong service-oriented approach, the ability to work well in a team, and a precise and solution-oriented way of working
• last but not least, you are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
