- You will handle all tasks relating to new lettings and re-lettings
- You will reliably maintain master data in the ERP system and in Immosolve
- You will carefully handle general correspondence with tenants, particularly regarding compliance with the tenancy agreement and house rules
- Where required, you will carry out home visits and organise tenants’ meetings, and assist with the organisation of and participation in meetings for the over-65s
- You will conscientiously monitor registration confirmations and pet ownership, and issue rent certificates
- You will handle extraordinary terminations independently and reliably
- You will recalculate rents for public, commercial and privately funded housing, for example following modernisation, new lettings or index increases
