Job description

  • You will handle all tasks relating to new lettings and re-lettings
  • You will reliably maintain master data in the ERP system and in Immosolve
  • You will carefully handle general correspondence with tenants, particularly regarding compliance with the tenancy agreement and house rules
  • Where required, you will carry out home visits and organise tenants’ meetings, and assist with the organisation of and participation in meetings for the over-65s
  • You will conscientiously monitor registration confirmations and pet ownership, and issue rent certificates
  • You will handle extraordinary terminations independently and reliably
  • You will recalculate rents for public, commercial and privately funded housing, for example following modernisation, new lettings or index increases
  • You arrange and attend pre-viewing and property viewing appointments, and also provide support in the area of rent accounting

Requirements
