• You will carry out quality assurance during the application process and further processing of loans, and check that the documentation is complete and accurate
• You will draw up contracts for subsidised loans carefully and in accordance with the applicable guidelines
• You will process fund drawdowns and subsequently carry out checks on the use of funds
• As the specialist point of contact, you will support your colleagues in the area of subsidy programme advice
• You liaise professionally with funding organisations and the funding specialists at DZ BANK AG
• You process all relevant business transactions in loan production independently and conscientiously
• You actively support the digitalisation and optimisation of internal work processes
• By working closely with the market and the decision-making team, you make a targeted contribution to the bank’s success

• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship as a bank clerk (m/f/d), insurance and financial investments clerk (m/f/d) or estate agent (m/f/d)
• You have already gained many years’ professional experience in the credit sector, ideally with in-depth knowledge of programme loans
• You have a strong affinity for the digitalisation of processes and new media, as well as confidence in using standard IT applications
• Good written and spoken German are part of your profile
• You impress with a strong service-oriented mindset, a high degree of personal responsibility and a willingness to perform
• Reliability and organisational skills characterise your approach to work
• You demonstrate strong communication skills and composure in conflict situations when dealing with colleagues and partners
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
