• You will be responsible for advising and supporting investors and owners’ association managers in the rental housing sector (including drafting and finalising contracts)
• In this role, you will be responsible for structuring, assessing and processing complex lending transactions (loans and grants) within the framework of the L-Bank’s, the state’s and the federal government’s funding programmes
• You will also be responsible for preparing loan proposals, approvals and disbursements
• You will also manage your own client portfolio
• Furthermore, representing the bank at events will form part of your duties
• Last but not least, you will also be responsible for project work and special assignments

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship with a background in banking (through an apprenticeship or degree)
• You also have several years’ solid professional experience in finance
• Your confident knowledge of IT systems sets you apart
• You have excellent written and spoken German at native speaker level, as well as a good command of English for international contacts
• Furthermore, you possess excellent communication skills, assertiveness, strong teamwork skills and a high level of commitment
