• You will be responsible for providing comprehensive and strategic advice to local authority clients on all relevant issues relating to finance and budgeting
• You will also be responsible for providing specialist support with budget planning, the preparation of proper annual accounts and the calculation of levies
• You will also oversee the professional handling of payment transactions and ensure the reliable analysis and systematic correction of any discrepancies that arise in accounting entries
• Your responsibilities will also include providing support and guidance during the introduction and optimisation of modern digital e-invoicing solutions
• As part of your role, you will actively support local authorities in all digitisation processes within the public sector and in specialist procedures
• Furthermore, you will support the delivery of targeted training courses and user workshops for the relevant staff at the respective local authorities on site
• Finally, you will be responsible for providing ongoing user support and ensuring a consistently high standard of service and long-term customer satisfaction across projects

• You have completed further training to become a Local Government Specialist (m/f/d) with a sound grounding as an administrative assistant (m/f/d), Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) or Bank Clerk (m/f/d)
• you also have solid practical professional experience in the field of local government finance as well as in double-entry or cameralistic accounting
• you are distinguished by your sound knowledge of common financial systems such as H&H proDoppik and your proficiency in MS Office applications
• You have native-level proficiency in spoken and written German, enabling you to communicate confidently and professionally with all stakeholders
