• You will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of traction units and their components, observing the applicable regulations as well as general and operational safety regulations
• You will make a well-founded assessment of damage patterns and estimate repair and downtimes. and downtimes of the systems to be repaired
• You are involved in the evaluation of inspection results and derive suitable measures for preventive repair and improvement of the service life
• You take on tasks in operational emergency management flexibly on request as part of the on-call service
• Disturbances, irregularities and anomalies of any kind and initiate immediate corrective measures, especially in the event of imminent hazards

• You have completed training in the field of mechatronics, e.g. as an automotive mechatronics technician (m/f/d), industrial mechanic (m/f/d) or a similar qualification
• You have at least 3 years of standard training
• Professional experience in the railway sector, ideally in locomotive maintenance, is an advantage and is one of your qualifications
• You have a basic knowledge of German and a valid work permit
• You have a class B driving licence
• You are fit for service in accordance with § 48 EBO or VDV 714
• you are characterised by a responsible, reliable and structured way of working
