• You will be responsible for the independent and timely processing of all global export shipments by land, air and sea freight, in accordance with current customs regulations
• You will also be responsible for the complete preparation and careful checking of all mandatory export, dispatch and customs documents using the standard ATLAS procedure
• Furthermore, you will oversee the professional handling of import customs clearance and ensure reliable coordination with freight forwarders, international suppliers and the relevant customs authorities
• Compliance with all legal regulations relating to dangerous goods in accordance with ADR, IATA DGR and IMDG
• As part of your role, you will support the ongoing maintenance of all shipping-related master data in the SAP ERP system, as well as the formal verification of all incoming freight invoices
• Furthermore, you will actively support the team in handling urgent returns, repair orders and the organisation of complex international re-exports
• Finally, you will be responsible for the comprehensive archiving of all documents and will play an active role in the ongoing optimisation of our internal dispatch processes

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d), Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d) or Office Management Assistant (m/f/d)
• you also have solid professional experience in independently handling international export and import shipments, as well as in-depth knowledge of customs law
• Your confident use of standard MS Office applications, as well as your solid experience in working with the SAP ERP system, are particular strengths of yours
• You have a very good command of German, both spoken and written, at native speaker level, as well as a confident command of English for day-to-day communication
• Furthermore, you bring a high degree of teamwork, strong resilience and an absolutely reliable and conscientious approach to work to our team
• Finally, you are very flexible, assertive, stand out for your strong negotiating skills, and always work completely independently and in a solution-oriented manner
• To fulfil this position of responsibility, in addition to your professional expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
