• In this role, you will schedule and manage outsourced production orders
• You will prepare all delivery-related documents
• You will monitor and track delivery dates
• You will record goods received in the system, reconciling the delivery note with the purchase order
• You will manage and maintain the returnable containers accounts with suppliers
• You reconcile empties stock levels and resolve any discrepancies
• You handle the return of empties

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as an industrial clerk (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d)
• Your professional experience in the field of procurement will be an asset
• You are proficient in standard MS Office applications; working knowledge of SAP and EWM is desirable
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• You approach your tasks in a process-oriented, cost-conscious and communicative manner
• Assertiveness and a structured, independent way of working come naturally to you
• You are resident in Germany, and a valid work and residence permit for Germany rounds off your profile
