• You will be responsible for the management and ongoing coordination of all warehouse logistics across various internal and external warehouse locations
• You will also be responsible for the targeted management and contractual supervision of external logistics service providers, including operational contract management
• Furthermore, you will oversee the comprehensive organisation and coordination of all goods receipts, goods issues and associated transport with external service providers
• The efficient planning, execution and follow-up of regular stock-takes, including detailed stock discrepancy analyses, are also part of your responsibilities
• As part of your role, you will support the carrying out of precise warehouse space analyses, as well as the calculation and assessment of future space requirements
• Furthermore, you will actively contribute to the sustainable optimisation of existing warehouse structures and all core logistics processes
• Finally, you will be responsible for the systematic monitoring of all stock movements to ensure optimal material availability at all sites at all times

• You have successfully completed further training in logistics as a Logistics Specialist (m/f/d) or a Warehouse Management Specialist (m/f/d)
• In addition, a solid qualification as a Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d) or as an Industrial Business Administrator (m/f/d)
• Your relevant professional experience in managing external service providers and conducting complex stock-takes sets you apart
• You will bring your in-depth knowledge of the analysis, planning and mathematical calculation of logistics storage space is a valuable asset to us
• You have very confident user skills in SAP MM and, ideally, initial experience with S4/Hana
• Your native-level written and spoken German, as well as a focused, team-oriented communication style make day-to-day work easier
• To fulfil this responsible role, in addition to your technical expertise, you must also hold a valid work permit and have a permanent residence in Germany
