• You will be responsible for checking delivery notes, registering lorries, coordinating yard operations, and entering and processing orders
• You will check components and handle the booking of goods received
• You will also be responsible for coordinating incoming and outgoing goods
• Your duties will include handling correspondence and recording staff working hours
• You will be responsible for data maintenance

• You have completed an apprenticeship as an office administrator (m/f/d), a warehouse logistics specialist (m/f/d), freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are confident using MS Office and, ideally, the SAP system
• Good written and spoken German, as well as knowledge of a second language such as English, Polish, Russian or similar
• Reliability, the ability to work well in a team and strong negotiation and communication skills are your strengths
• Your analytical thinking, structured approach to work and a high degree of initiative round off your profile
