• You will handle the national and international dispatch of plant, assemblies and spare parts
• You will coordinate deliveries worldwide, keeping track of deadlines and shipment statuses
• You prepare shipping documents and customs paperwork carefully and in full
• You handle customs clearance and ensure that export and import regulations are complied with
• You calculate freight costs and, where necessary, compare quotes from freight forwarders and transport service providers
• You enter and maintain dispatch orders, deliveries and the associated data in SAP
• You liaise with freight forwarders, customers and internal specialist departments regarding collections, delivery dates and any issues requiring clarification, including in English
• In the event of delays or deviations during transport, you investigate the causes and initiate appropriate measures

• You have completed a commercial apprenticeship, for example as a freight forwarding clerk (m/f/d), Freight Forwarding and Logistics Services Clerk (m/f/d), Industrial Clerk (m/f/d) or Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Clerk (m/f/d),
• You have knowledge of customs clearance and export and import regulations
• You have experience using SAP and can enter dispatch orders and delivery data confidently
• You have a good command of English to liaise with freight forwarders and customers
• You calculate freight costs accurately and are confident with figures
• You are known for your meticulous and structured approach to work, including when preparing dispatch documents
• You benefit from organisational skills and a good sense of deadlines
• You communicate clearly and collaboratively with internal specialist departments and external partners
