• You will reliably record goods received and dispatched in the system
• You will process returns carefully and document them accordingly
• You will handle general correspondence with customers and respond to enquiries
• You monitor delivery dates and ensure they are met
• You maintain close communication with the purchasing department and the project teams
• You collect delivery notes and check them for completeness and accuracy
• You maintain master data and stock levels in the logistics systems
• In the event of discrepancies in the flow of goods, you investigate the causes and initiate appropriate measures
• You prepare analyses and reports on the logistics process

• You have completed a vocational qualification as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), an industrial clerk (m/f/d) or hold a comparable commercial qualification
• You have some initial experience in administrative work, ideally in the field of logistics or warehouse management
• You are confident in using standard merchandise management and ERP systems, as well as MS Office
• You work meticulously and maintain a clear overview even when handling multiple tasks simultaneously
• You are characterised by a structured and independent approach to your work
• You impress with your strong communication skills when dealing with customers, the procurement department and project teams
• You are a team player and enjoy working with a variety of contacts
• You bring reliability and a sense of responsibility to monitoring delivery dates and proofs of delivery
