• You will handle the shipping process independently and organise national and international shipments by land, air and CEP services, including shipment tracking
• You will reliably carry out all relevant customs formalities and carefully prepare the necessary import and export documents
• Documents relevant to customs, such as exit notes, delivery notes, proof of delivery and supplier declarations and also carry out factual invoice verification
• Packaging and picking instructions are created and reliably maintained during the ongoing process

• You have completed commercial training, for example as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d), or a comparable qualification
• You have already gained experience with Incoterms and in customs and export processing
• You are confident with ERP systems and MS Office
• You have a good command of written and spoken German
• A valid work permit for Germany rounds off your profile
