• You monitor delivery dates
• You prepare customs and freight documents independently
• You handle deliveries whilst keeping an eye on deadlines
• You prepare shipping documents
• You manage complaints
• You act as the point of contact, liaising with hauliers and authorities such as the main customs office
• You liaise with international customers and suppliers
• You conduct negotiations with hauliers

• You have completed a vocational qualification as an office administrator (m/f/d), industrial clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• ideally, you will have gained experience in the field of freight forwarding and logistics
• you are confident using MS Office, and experience with merchandise management systems would be an advantage
• You have a strong command of written and spoken German and English
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team and a meticulous approach to your work round off your profile
