• In this role, you will process and post Marketplace sales
• You will systematically enter and maintain data in the system
• You will handle communication with customers and internal departments
• You will carry out returns processes and handle cases requiring clarification in the Marketplace area
• You will check and document incoming logistics transactions

• You have successfully completed a vocational training programme in business or logistics
• You have relevant professional experience in logistics or returns management
• You have sound IT skills and are proficient in using Microsoft Office
• You have excellent written and spoken German at C2 level
• You are resident in Germany and hold a valid work and residence permit for Germany
• You are a quick learner
