• As part of the shipping office, you will take on responsibility and act as an interface between the warehouse, other locations and our customers
• Incoming enquiries about stock, order status or suitable transport solutions
• You handle collective deliveries commercially and manage them until completion
• You enter special requirements correctly in the ERP system
• You start, control and monitor production and customer orders in the ERP or WMS system
• You recognise inventory problems and delays in order processing at an early stage and solve them independently
• You conscientiously enter daily reporting values (KPI)

• You have already completed commercial training, ideally as a freight forwarding and logistics services clerk (m/f/d) or a comparable qualification
• You are confident working with MS Office programmes and have experience in using a WMS or ERP system (ideally PSIwms or PSIpenta)
• You have a good command of German and use it confidently in your everyday work
• You have a valid work permit for Germany
• You are a team player, organisational skills and commitment characterise you and round off your profile
