• You plan and manage international transport (EU / non-EU) by road, sea and air freight
• In addition, you coordinate deadlines with freight forwarders, shipping companies and logistics partners, transit times and shipping processes
• You are also responsible for monitoring deliveries and return shipments
• You actively clarify customs issues with authorities and partners
• Export and customs documents such as ATLAS, MRN, commercial/proforma invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, EUR.1 or ATA Carnet
• You will work closely with production, project management and external service providers
• Monitoring key logistics figures and process optimisation are also part of your tasks

• You have completed training as a forwarding agent (m/f/d) or have a comparable qualification
• You have several years of experience in international transport logistics, export or customs clearance
• Sure knowledge of ATLAS, Incoterms and international freight documents (CMR, B/L, AWB) are available
• experience with exports to non-EU countries and knowledge of special packaging, fumigation or biosecurity requirements is an advantage for you
• very good German (C1) and good English characterise you
