Your responsibilities

• You will create spare parts as master data in SAP, including all part numbers and technical specifications
• You will amend existing material master data as required and keep it up to date
• You will be responsible for the planning of the spare parts created in the system
• Using templates and specifications, you will carefully transfer part data into SAP with attention to detail
• You will check the material data created for completeness and accuracy
• In consultation with the warehouse team, you will ensure that the materials can be stored correctly
• You will work closely with the small team in the commercial section of Materials Management
• Where required, you will assist with storing spare parts using a forklift or pallet truck
• You will document changes and adjustments to the material master data in a traceable manner within the system

What we are looking for

• You have completed a vocational qualification as

a Wholesale and Foreign Trade Management Specialist

(m/f/d),

a Warehouse Logistics Specialist

(m/f/d) or a comparable qualification

• You also have

practical experience in creating and maintaining material master data, ideally in the field of spare parts

• you are confident using MS Office and the SAP system (MM, R3)
• you have a good command of written and spoken German
• you are willing to learn how to operate a forklift or pallet truck
• Reliability, the ability to work as part of a team, and a meticulous and independent approach to your work round off your profile
