• You will organise and coordinate transport orders for road and sea freight and plan all outbound goods processes
• You will coordinate loading dates and delivery times and ensure a smooth flow of transport
• You will prepare shipping and customs documents independently, check them carefully and ensure correct procedures in international freight transport
• You will process raw material imports, handle import customs clearance and utilise your knowledge of the ATLAS customs clearance system to do so
• You will receive collection requests at the goods dispatch department and coordinate them reliably with all parties involved

• You have completed a vocational training programme as a freight forwarding and logistics services specialist (m/f/d) or hold a comparable qualification
• You also have a good knowledge of the export and import of goods
• You have also already gained experience in using the ATLAS customs clearance system
• Good written and spoken English is part of your profile
• You are proficient in using MS Office; knowledge of SAP is desirable
• interpersonal and communication skills, self-motivation, flexibility, the ability to work well in a team and an independent approach to work round off your profile
